HONEY AND LEMON CHICKEN





This recipe is gluten-free!



i-PAD VERSION
2 chicken breasts (diced) – the juice and zest of 1 lemon – 2 tbsp of honey – 1 crushed garlic clove.

In a pan, fry the garlic then add the chicken. Cook for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the honey with the juice and zest.
Cover the chicken with this mixture.
Cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve with pasta
